Before you redeem
Using your coupon
We issue every coupon as agreed with the partner. Redeeming it is up to you.

You arrange it yourself
Once you have a coupon, contact the partner yourself: for example, call the restaurant to book a table and tell them you have a Desi Jugaad coupon. We don’t book tables or tickets for you.

Show tickets: a month ahead
Request show tickets at least 30 days before the show. Shows that are sooner can’t be picked.

Coupons last 45 days
Every coupon expires 45 days after we issue it, or earlier if the reward says so. We remind you before it expires.

From invite to reward in four steps

Share your link
Get your own invite link on your Invite page and send it on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email.

Your friend joins
They create a new free account with your link and confirm their email address. They need to live in one of these countries: Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, France, Italy.

Your points arrive
Only once your friend has joined do points count. After a 14-day check, 100 points are added to your balance.

Pick one reward
Swap your points for one reward. Redeeming uses all your points, and you start again from 0.

Which friends count?
Inviting is not enough on its own: your points are only added when a friend creates an account.

They live in one of our countries
Your friend has to live in one of these countries: Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, France, Italy. We go by the place they pick on Desi Jugaad, or else where they join from.

They’re new to Desi Jugaad
Only new accounts count. Existing members, newsletter subscribers and past ticket buyers don’t, and everyone has to be 16 or older.

They create an account
Your friend creates a free Desi Jugaad account with your link and confirms their email. After a 14-day check, your points are added. If they delete their account before that, the invite doesn’t count.

Use your points in time
Points expire 12 months after you earn them. We remind you before they do.
