Invite & rewards: terms and FAQ

Terms

1. The Desi Jugaad Rewards is run by Planet Infinity B.V.. Taking part is free.

2. You may only share your own link or code. Don't send unsolicited messages, post your code on coupon sites or create accounts for other people.

3. A referral counts when a new member (aged 16 or over, not yet known to us as a member, subscriber or ticket buyer) signs up with your link or code and completes the steps shown on the invite page, and the waiting period has passed.

4. Points have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred. They expire 12 months after they are earned.

5. Rewards are subject to the conditions shown with each reward and to availability. Partner rewards are provided by the partner.

6. We issue coupons as agreed with our partners. Using a coupon is up to you: you arrange everything with the partner yourself (for example, call the restaurant to book a table and tell them you have a Desi Jugaad coupon). We don't book tables or tickets and aren't responsible for the partner's service or availability.

7. Show tickets must be requested at least 30 days before the show; shows that are sooner can't be chosen.

8. Every coupon expires 45 days after it is issued, or earlier if the reward says so. Expired coupons can't be replaced or exchanged.

9. We may refuse or remove referrals, points or rewards gained through fraud or abuse, and close accounts that abuse the program.

10. We may change or end the program. Rewards you already earned keep their conditions.

11. Dutch law applies.
